An ancient gateway opening towards the biblical lands

Prepare for the journey

Are You Ready to Travel?

A successful Bible-Land pilgrimage begins long before you board the aircraft.

Start preparing your identity, travel, family, health and supporting documents early.

Start your readiness checklist

Prepare with confidence

A readiness checklist. One step at a time.

This is a seminar guide, not an official NCPC form or final visa checklist. Do not send passport, medical, spouse, guarantor or other sensitive documents through this public page. Secure document collection belongs in the authenticated portal when implemented and approved.

01

International Passport — Start Here

An intending pilgrim should have a valid Nigerian international passport and be ready with its biodata information/copy for the formal process.

  • Passport number
  • Date of issue and expiry date
  • Place/country of issue
  • Biodata-page copy when formally requested

Don’t have an international passport yet? Start the application process now.

Applicable destination/visa validity requirements will be confirmed for the specific journey.

02

Personal Information

Prepare accurate information that matches your official documents.

  • Full legal name exactly as on passport
  • Date/place of birth and sex
  • Hometown/LGA/state of origin where applicable
  • Denomination/church
  • Phone and email
  • Current/permanent address
03

Marriage, Spouse & Family Information

For married applicants, spouse/family particulars may be required during formal documentation, such as spouse name, contact, occupation and other relevant particulars.

Spousal Consent — where required for the applicable pilgrimage/screening process.

This is not a universal requirement or an NCPC consent form. Once confirmed, KMN can provide the approved form through a future secure portal process.

04

Guarantor — Choose Early

Identify a suitable guarantor early rather than waiting until screening. Published NCPC General Pilgrimage Form material includes ordained clergy, recognised traditional rulers, High Court Judges, qualifying senior military/paramilitary officers, qualifying senior civil/public servants and qualifying retired officers.

A financial sponsor and a guarantor are different roles.

The guarantor undertaking concerns the intending pilgrim’s compliance and return after pilgrimage. Final accepted categories and documentation will be confirmed for the applicable current exercise; published categories are not permanently current.

05

Pastor / Church Recommendation

Be ready with church/denomination information and, where required, recommendation or good-standing confirmation from your pastor/spiritual leader.

  • Church/denomination
  • Pastor/spiritual leader and contact details
  • Recommendation/good-standing documentation when requested
06

Referees

Published NCPC application materials request referees. Begin identifying suitable people early.

Choose people who know you sufficiently.

Published guidance refers to non-relatives and allows one referee to be the applicant’s priest/pastor. Final requirements are subject to the applicable current exercise.

07

Health & Fitness

Health/fitness information and a medical fitness certificate may be required during the formal pilgrimage process. Prepare relevant medication information, mobility/assistance needs and other details necessary for safe travel.

Help us prepare to care for you properly.

Do not send or enter medical information on this public page. Secure collection belongs in the authenticated portal when implemented and approved.

08

Employment / Means of Livelihood

Formal pilgrimage documentation/screening may request employment, occupation/business and means-of-livelihood information. Be prepared with accurate details; no information is collected here.

09

Sponsor Details — Where Applicable

If someone else is financially sponsoring your pilgrimage, prepare appropriate sponsor identity, contact and relationship information, together with supporting documentation requested for the applicable exercise.
