What we collect and why

Kingdom Map Network collects your name, required email and phone number, optional WhatsApp relationship/number, country, state where applicable, city and seminar or journey interests, how you heard about us and any referral code you choose to supply. We use these details to maintain one prospect profile, record your interests, verify your email, activate your portal and contact you about those interests.

We also record the submission time, your consent and its wording version, and whether you arrived through a recognised seminar campaign or referral link. Referral codes are recorded as unverified; they do not establish agency, entitlement or commission.

General pilgrimage interest

Seminar and pilgrimage interests share your prospect profile, while retaining each interest and its acquisition source. Country and city are required; Nigeria requires a state. Any IP-assisted country suggestion is optional and editable, and is not verified identity information. We use these for first-stage follow-up, not a confirmed booking, funding decision or programme appointment.

Your permission

I give Kingdom Map Network permission to contact me about my Awareness Seminar registration using the contact details I provide.

You give this permission by ticking the unchecked consent box before submitting. You can ask the Kingdom Map team to correct your details or stop contacting you when they follow up.

Access and storage

Registration records are stored in the application database. Only authorised launch operators can view or export them for follow-up. Operators must protect exported files and use them only for that purpose. Access and export actions are recorded without copying contact details into the access audit.

The site uses an essential session cookie to protect forms and sign-in. Registration queues transactional activation and interest emails; activation requires proof of email control and password setup. Delivery attempts are recorded without passwords or activation secrets in audit logs. No automatic WhatsApp message is sent. This site does not use advertising or third-party analytics trackers.

Keep sensitive information private

Do not submit passport information, sensitive travel documents or payment-card details. This form has no upload or payment facility.
